02What data we process, and why
The purpose of the website is to receive applications from businesses for a revenue-diagnostics consultation. You provide the following data voluntarily through the contact / application form:

Providing data is voluntary, but a name and email address are required to make contact — without them we cannot respond to the application.
03Processors and transfers
We do not sell or publish your data. The website is served and traffic routed by Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA, USA) acting as a processor. Cloudflare may process the data outside the EU, subject to appropriate safeguards (e.g. the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, standard contractual clauses).
04Cookies
The website uses cookies that are technically essential for proper operation; these do not require consent. In addition — solely on the basis of your prior consent — we use analytics and marketing cookies, which serve to measure traffic and to display our ads and improve their effectiveness.
You may give, modify or withdraw your consent at any time in the cookie settings on the website. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of prior processing.
05Your rights
Under the GDPR you may exercise the following rights at any time in relation to the data you have provided:
- Access — you may request information on what data we process about you.
- Rectification — you may request correction of inaccurate data.
- Erasure (the “right to be forgotten”) — you may request deletion of your data.
- Restriction and objection — you may request restriction of processing or object to it.
- Data portability — you may request your data in a machine-readable format.
- Withdrawal of consent — you may withdraw your consent at any time, free of charge (this does not affect processing prior to withdrawal).

06Data security
Data is transmitted over an encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) connection. We process the data only to the extent needed for contact, on an access-controlled basis, and protect it with reasonable technical and organizational measures.
07Remedies
If you believe the processing of your data infringes the law, please contact us first. You may also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority:
